Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager will drive JT Agency's business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and leading marketing initiatives that position JT Agency

as a top creative partner. This role requires a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of marketing strategy, business development, and client servicing. The Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee campaigns, pitches, and promotional efforts to strengthen JT Agency's market presence while ensuring revenue targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including pitches, proposals, and networking.


• Manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, lead generation, client engagement, negotiations, and closing deals.


• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and repeat business.


• Oversee the creation and execution of JT's marketing campaigns (digital, events, PR, and traditional channels).


• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine strategies.


• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports to management.


• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and accounts) to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives.


• Manage budgets for sales and marketing activities, ensuring efficiency and ROI.


• Represent JT Agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).


• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in advertising, media, or creative industries).


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.


• Solid knowledge of digital marketing, brand building, and integrated marketing strategies.


• Ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate across teams.


• Results-oriented mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills.
