We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented factory workers to join our production team. As a factory worker, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our production lines and the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to instructions.
  • Assemble, inspect, and package products in line with company quality standards.
  • Monitor production processes and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Handle raw materials and supplies, ensuring proper storage and usage.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment as required.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials, products, and tools as needed.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦70,000.00 per month
