Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wellness Concierge located in Lekki. The Wellness Concierge will be responsible for providing top-notch concierge services and managing reservations. The role includes maintaining excellent communication with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

Must have a Bsc in Nutrition.

  • Skills in Concierge Services and Reservations
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor
  • Prior experience in the wellness industry is a plus
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
