Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or training.
  • Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards.
  • Prepare daily or weekly operational reports for management.
  • Handle minor employee or customer-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
