What You'll Do
- Lead visibility campaigns from strategy to reporting.
- Translate client goals into content and advertising systems that work.
- Collaborate with the Content and Audiovisual teams to ensure alignment and quality.
- Track performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, engagement) and recommend optimisations.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years' experience in marketing, digital strategy, or brand communications.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads or Google Ads platforms.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
- A systems thinker who can connect creative ideas to business impact.
