Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Lagos. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent service standards, manage budgets and financial plans, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include staff management, customer relations, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing growth strategies to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality management, staff supervision, and customer relations
  • Skills in budgeting, financial planning, and strategy development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
