Hebron Love & Care Home is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Admin & Finance Officer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the smooth running of our administrative operations while ensuring accuracy and accountability in financial processes that help us deliver quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and budgets
- Handle invoicing, payments, and expense tracking
- Maintain resident files, staff records, and general office organization
- Assist with procurement, vendor management, and inventory
- Support management with data entry, correspondence, and reports
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate communication across departments and with families
Requirements
- A
university degree
in Accounting, Business Admin, Finance, or related field - Computer literate
, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience in admin or finance roles is an added advantage
- High level of integrity and professionalism
