Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Are you an experienced and active Kitchen Supervisor looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in Lekki.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety standards.

* Supervise and train kitchen staff.

* Manage inventory and order supplies.

* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

* Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Supervisor in a fast-paced restaurant.

* Must reside within Lekki or be willing to relocate.

* Active, experienced, and highly organized.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Must be very flexible with closing times due to the nature of the industry.

Compensation & Benefits:

* Salary: N200,000 net

* Accommodation provided for late closures

* 6 working days with Mondays off.

Working hours: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM (flexibility required).
