Our mission is to help every client feel confident and cared for, and we're looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist to help us deliver that experience from the very first moment they walk through our doors.

Job Description:

As the first point of contact, the Receptionist at AISO Beauty Studio plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing an exceptional client experience. You'll handle bookings, client communications, and help create a calm, professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations (via in-person, phone, or WhatsApp)
  • Answer inquiries about services, pricing, and availability
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area
  • Check clients in and out, process payments (cash, transfer, POS), and issue receipts
  • Keep accurate client records and update the booking system
  • Promote services, packages, and retail products when appropriate
  • Assist the beauty team with administrative or organizational tasks

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred but not required (spa, salon, or hospitality industry)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, composed, and presentable
  • Basic computer literacy (familiar with booking software or willing to learn)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Minimum qualification: WAEC or NECO
  • Must live within or near Rumuigbo / be able to commute easily
