About the Role:

We're looking for a Data Entry Officer who is detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized. Someone who can efficiently enter, update, and manage information across spreadsheets, documents, and internal systems. The ideal candidate should be reliable, fast, and capable of handling repetitive tasks with consistency and precision.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across company spreadsheets and platforms.
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and correct them where necessary.
  • Organize and categorise files, documents, and reports for easy retrieval.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned data-related tasks.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Willing to resume onsite immediately at our office.
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a similar role (portfolio or samples of past work is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fast and efficient typing skills (minimum 40 wpm recommended). Send a screenshot of your typing test performance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other documentation tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic understanding of digital tools and online platforms.

Salary: NGN 200,000 (with room for increment, based on performance)
