We are building a research-driven knowledge platform focused on Black women founders across Africa and the global diaspora. Our work is intellectual and analytical, unpacking trends, developing frameworks, analyzing systemic issues, and presenting evidence-based insights.

We are seeking contributors who can produce long-form, academically rigorous content that informs, educates, and builds a foundation for future scholarship and practical application.

This role is ideal for students, early-career researchers, or writers who want to develop their research, analysis, and long-form writing skills while contributing to a growing intellectual platform.

What You'll Do

  • Research and write analytical, evidence-based articles (1,500+ words) on topics including:
  • Entrepreneurship and innovation among Black women
  • Gender dynamics and economic inclusion
  • Access to finance and venture capital trends
  • Case studies, frameworks, and systemic analysis
  • Provide credible sources and APA-style citations for all factual claims
  • Develop original frameworks or analytical perspectives
  • Contribute content that supports a global, research-driven knowledge initiative

Who You Are

  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Comfortable with academic-style writing and long-form research
  • Interested in Black women's entrepreneurship, economic systems, and innovation
  • Motivated to meet deadlines and collaborate in a remote team
  • Previous research, policy, or academic experience is a plus
