Role Overview We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive our digital marketing initiatives, optimize customer engagement, and manage promotional campaigns for digital products such as courses and webinars. This role will focus on marketing automation, content strategy, course launch management, and overall brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy ● Develop and execute multi -channel marketing strategies for digital products, including courses, webinars, and email campaigns. ● Optimize marketing automation processes to enhance lead generation and customer engagement. ● Implement SEO and paid advertising strategies to improve brand visibility and drive traffic. ● Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies for optimal results. Course Launch & Campaign Management ● Plan and execute marketing strategies for course launches and other digital products. ● Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies through targeted campaigns. ● Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Content & Brand Strategy ● Develop engaging content strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences. ● Manage thought leadership initiatives to build brand authority in immigration and education sectors. ● Ensure consistency in messaging across digital platforms, including the website. Market Intelligence & Customer Insights ● Conduct competitive analysis and gap assessments to identify growth opportunities. ● Utilize data analytics to understand customer behavior and refine marketing efforts. ● Integrate customer and cultural insights into marketing strategies. Requirements Qualifications & Skills ● Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, and marketing automation. ● Strong expertise in launching and promoting online courses, webinars, and digital products. ● Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, and analytics tools. ● Experience with content strategy and audience engagement. ● Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns efficiently. ● Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
