Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cyber Security Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for assessing and improving application, network, and information security systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting vulnerability assessments, identifying security risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate threats. The role also encompasses collaborating with teams to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and best practices, as well as advising on emerging threats and relevant technologies.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Cybersecurity, Application Security, and Network Security
  • Proficiency in Information Security practices and technologies
  • Experience in conducting Vulnerability Assessments and identifying risk mitigation strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in addressing security challenges
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and cybersecurity frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills for remote collaboration
