  • You're based in Port Harcourt and know your way around the communities
  • You're teachable, quick to adapt, and ready to prove yourself

Your Responsibilities

  • You will sell microloan products and mobilize customer deposits.
  • You will source new clients through fieldwork, digital platforms, and customer referrals
  • You will assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers using the 5Cs of credit
  • You will build and maintain strong client relationships with follow-ups and support
  • You will educate prospects and clients on loan terms, repayment schedules, and savings benefits
  • You will hit your sales and collection targets consistently
  • You will complete all required documentation and loan application processes accurately

To be considered, you should have...

  • A minimum of an NCE or OND qualification
  • At least 6 months of direct sales experience in a financial institution
  • Residency in Port Harcourt (this role is strictly for PH-based candidates)
  • A strong understanding of field sales, credit, and customer service
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic understanding of microfinance principles is a plus
  • A passion for growth, service, and performance
