Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Social Media Manager role. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and optimizing campaigns for better reach and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include implementing social media marketing initiatives, monitoring key performance metrics, engaging with online communities, and collaborating with the creative team to align content with LAB's mission and brand.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance and improve campaigns.
  • Knowledge and interest in Bitcoin, blockchain, or web3 technology is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
