Role Overview

Our team is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Sales Rep/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves engaging with customers, driving sales while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to walk-in and online customers in a professional manner.

  • Take and process customer orders accurately (in-store, online, and via phone).

  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.

  • Manage cash register, reconcile daily sales, and maintain accurate records.

  • Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and organization in the sales area.

  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.

  • Prior experience in serving or waitress duties (preferably in food & beverage or hospitality).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.

  • Must be polite, presentable, and customer-focused.
