SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

JOB ROLE SUMMARY:

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the property development, sales and marketing activities of the firm and will provide leadership to the sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate must have proven track record of sales in the Estate and Property Management in Nigeria.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote sales and property management

  • Improve and expand the customer base and coordinate appointments to show property to prospective customers.

  • Act as an intermediary in negotiating sales with buyers.

  • Accompany buyers to visit and inspect properties. Advising them on the suitability and value of the property.

  • Arrange meetings with buyers when detail of property need to be negotiated or clarified.

  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters.

  • Coordinate property closings and overseeing the signing of related property closing documents.

  • Interview clients to determine what type/kind of properties required.

  • Responsible for achieving the sales and revenue goals of the firm by developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategies.

  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.

Requirements:

  • HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Estate Management or any other relevant field.

  • At least 2 to 3 years' experience in Real Estate and Property development sales' processes and dynamics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as superb interpersonal skill.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications e.g word, excel, PowerPoint and email.

  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible, enthusiastic, self-directed and ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₦100,000.00 per month
