Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of generators , escalators and lifts) to commercial, industrial, and residential clients. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, customer engagement, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across both product lines.

  • Conduct client visits to assess power and mobility needs.

  • Present tailored solutions for generators and escalator/lift systems.

  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales contracts.

  • Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and setup.

  • Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales of industrial equipment, preferably generators and/or elevators.

  • Strong technical understanding of generator systems and vertical mobility solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and travel within Lagos and surrounding regions.

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in, Business, or related field.

  • Familiarity with Lagos market and construction industry trends.
