About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience selling building materials and consumables, with strong knowledge of nuts, bolts, PVC pipe fittings, and similar products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of building materials and consumables (nuts, bolts, PVC pipe fittings, etc.) to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Lagos and surrounding areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and wholesalers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide timely reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the building materials or consumables industry.
  • Hands-on experience selling nuts, bolts, PVC pipe fittings, or related items.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
