About the Role:

We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, maintain brand standards, and ensure smooth coordination between stylists, front desk staff, and management. You'll lead the team, manage scheduling, and uphold the professional, client-centered experience Hello Texture is known for.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations and staff coordination
• Supervise stylist and front desk performance, attendance, and accountability
• Ensure exceptional client experiences and timely service delivery
• Resolve client issues or complaints professionally and promptly
• Manage staff schedules, daily check-ins, and shift changes
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and product usage
• Ensure reception, salon floor, and workstations are always neat and professional
• Track payments, invoices, and daily report sheets from the front desk
• Communicate daily updates and challenges to management
• Support staff onboarding and ensure adherence to salon policies and service standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in salon or spa management
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
• Excellent organization and client service skills
• Tech-savvy (POS, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)
• Must live within or near Lekki Phase 1
• Reliable means of transportation
• Professional appearance and demeanor required
