Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent Pharmacist, based in Lagos. The Superintendent Pharmacist will oversee the management and operational activities of the production sector of the company. Daily tasks include ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supervising and training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications. The Superintendent Pharmacist will also be responsible for providing expert advice on pharmaceutical matters.

Qualifications

• Primary knowledge in pharmacy practice and pharmaceutical care
• Must reside in Lagos Mainland
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and healthcare standards
• Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), and must be a registered Pharmacist
• Must have graduated for not lest than two years and must be a licensed Pharmacist
• License must not be linked to any company
• 2 years working experience. Prior experience in a pharmaceutical company is a plus, but not mandatory
