Role Description

The Technical Sales Manager is an integral part of our business strategy - he/she is charges with the responsibility of products line contribution as a business unit. This extends from increasing profitability of existing products/solutions to developing new solutions for the company. e

Technical Sales Manager leverages on his engineering skills to drive presales effort on qualified opportunities referred by the Client Managers, or executives while actively collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets in the assigned product/solution lines.

Qualifications

  • Very Good Technology background- strong knowledge of Enterprise Observability and Digital Infrastructure Management not limited to the following topics such as AI- based IT Operations (AIOPS), Digital Experience Monitoring, Application performance Monitoring, Network Monitoring, Virtualization and Hyper-Converged, , Datacenter and Cloud Infrastructure and DevOPs technologies, Enterprise Backup and recovery solution, Server and Storage Management solution, Database Management Solution and Data/ Site Replication and Recovery solution.
  • Strategic Perspective- market & clients' needs understanding. Very Good Business Development skills- must enjoy spending time with the clients to understand their challenges and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
  • Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
  • Flexibility to navigate ambiguity and effectively manage changing priorities
  • Ability to negotiate and set personal priority and get work done within the timeframes established
  • Strong orientation to 'be the best' – strong work ethic, enthusiasm and desire for excellence required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
