Apartment Manager

Location: Off Ugbor Central, Benin City Nature of Work: Apartment Management Salary: ₦100,000 per month Qualification: OND / HND Experience: 1–2 years Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Job Overview: A proactive and organized individual is required to manage the daily operations of a serviced apartment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff, attending to guests, and ensuring smooth and professional management of all activities. This role suits someone who is skilled with social media, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all apartment operations. Attend to clients' calls and messages, both online and offline. Manage the apartment's social media pages and maintain an active online presence. Ensure smooth communication between guests, staff, and management. Oversee inventory, supplies, and general maintenance. Monitor staff performance and maintain a high standard of service delivery. Requirements: OND or HND in any relevant discipline. 1–2 years of work experience in a supervisory or hospitality-related position. Must be familiar with social media platforms and basic computer tools.
