Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee the overall operation of our hotel properties in various locations across Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high standards of quality, service, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to hotel staff, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

  2. Operations: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

  3. Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve occupancy rates, and enhance average daily rate (ADR).

  4. Guest Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional guest experiences, handling complaints and feedback to improve service quality.

  5. Financial Management: Manage hotel finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

  6. Human Resources: Attract, train, and retain top talent, promoting a positive work environment and company culture.

  7. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene, ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

  8. Marketing: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel and attract new business.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar property.

  3. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  4. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., GM or DOS) are an advantage.

  5. Mobility: Willingness to relocate to any location within Nigeria.

Job Type: Full-time
