Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located at Gujeni Community, 47 Km from Zuma Rock, Abuja-Kaduna Express Way, Kaduna State, for the position of Head, Culture Transformation & Organization Development. The role involves leading initiatives to transform the organizational culture, overseeing team management and leadership, conducting research and development (R&D), and managing various projects. Responsibilities also include driving the development and implementation of strategies that promote a positive organizational culture and enhance overall organizational development.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Team Management and Team Leadership skills
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D)
- Project Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Lagos
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or Organizational Development
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
