ROLE SUMMARY:

The Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites and web-based platforms for Sharpshooters Media and its clients. The role ensures functional performance, visual consistency, security, and scalability of all digital assets, supporting branding, campaigns, events, and client engagement objectives across B2B and B2C projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages for Sharpshooters Media and its clients.
• Collaborate with creative, branding, marketing, and event teams to translate concepts into functional web solutions.
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
• Manage hosting environments, domain configurations, and website security.
• Integrate third-party tools (CRM systems, forms, analytics, payment gateways)
• Conduct routine testing, debugging, updates, and documentation.
• Provide technical support for deployed web platforms.
• Ensure strict compliance with client brand guidelines, data protection, and security standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in web development or digital product delivery.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and relevant frameworks.
• A strong, verifiable portfolio of completed web projects is required.
• Experience with UI/UX best practices and responsive design.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
