Role Purpose

The Learning and Development Sales Executive is responsible for driving student , individuals & corporate recruitments, corporate training partnerships, and business development for the Academy. The role focuses on increasing enrollment numbers, memberships, expanding market reach, managing corporate relationships, and promoting learning programs that aligns with the academy's growth objectives. This position blends sales expertise, marketing insight, and learning program, understanding to deliver measurable revenue results while enhancing the academy's brand reputation.

Core Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify, engage, and convert potential clients for training, certifications, memberships and

learning programs.

Develop and execute lead generation strategies through events, digital

channels, and referrals.

Build relationships with organizations, HR teams, real estate professionals,

and learning partners to promote LREA programs.

Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.

2. Student Recruitment & Enrollment

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract local and

international memberships.

Guide prospects through the enrollment process , inquiries, applications,

and onboarding.

Attend education fairs, events, webinars, and exhibitions to represent the academy.

Track and report lead conversion rates and enrollment progress.

3. Corporate Training Sales

Design and pitch tailored corporate learning solutions to organizations from the available courses.

Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to match client needs

with appropriate training modules.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements.

4. Marketing & Brand Visibility

Work with the media and marketing team to create campaigns promoting courses and training programs.

Contribute to content creation, testimonials, flyers, blog posts , and promotional videos.

Monitor analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and conversion data using CRM

tools.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, revenue, and client

engagement.

Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and client

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in sales, corporate training, or business

development (preferably in education or real estate).

Proven record of achieving sales and partnership targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong digital marketing and CRM proficiency.
