Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Classroom Management & Discipline
  • Maintain effective classroom control and create a positive, respectful atmosphere.

  • Monitor progress and provide targeted support to help each child achieve learning goals.

  • Use activity-based and collaborative teaching methods that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Follow the daily timetable and ensure completion of scheduled subjects and activities.

  • Child Safety & Wellbeing
