Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Telesales Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This hybrid role is based in Ikeja, with flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the time. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to introduce our products, answer inquiries, and address concerns. Your tasks include setting sales goals, building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer support, and contributing to team sales targets. Additionally, you will identify business opportunities, appropriately address client needs, and follow up to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to establish rapport with clients and address their needs effectively
• Proven sales experience and the ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Experience in providing excellent customer support and handling inquiries
• Ability to train, guide, and influence others towards achieving organizational objectives
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in sales, marketing, business, or related fields
