FMC Agency Ltd is looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Content Strategist to join our growing team. If you have a passion for storytelling, a strong understanding of digital trends, and the ability to create content that inspires engagement and drives results, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute social media content strategies across multiple platforms.


• Create compelling, on-brand content (copy, visuals, concepts) tailored to audience needs.


• Plan and manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent output.


• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.


• Stay updated on emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices.


• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with campaigns and business goals.

Requirements


• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Content Creator, or similar role.


• Strong writing, storytelling, and conceptualization skills.


• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data interpretation.


• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.


• Experience in an agency environment is an added advantage.
