Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Lekki, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, conduct market research, and develop growth strategies. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, presentations, and reports, and collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to develop effective strategies and solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Experience in market research and strategy development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus
