· Minimum of 15 years work experience in the Human Resources Function (and at least 5 years in Senior Management position) with major part of this been in the Oil and Gas industry.

· Proven work experience as HRM in the Oil and Gas sector

· Membership of HR Professional Body (CIPM, CIPD, etc.)

· Skill in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Power Point, Excel; Internet skills; HRIS and relevant HR software.

· Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any discipline.

· Master's Degree is an added advantage.

· High networking skills to keep informed of industry trends and best practices.

Willing to Travel within the country where it has its operations.
