Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in Port Harcourt. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for preparing and managing tender documents, coordinating bid proposals, and analyzing procurement requirements. Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, developing competitive and compliant proposals, performing market analyses, and ensuring adherence to procurement regulations and client specifications.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Tender Management and Procurement processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data evaluation and informed decision-making
  • Exceptional Communication and Proposal Writing capabilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Experience in the engineering or consulting industries is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
  • Familiarity with regional and international procurement method, regulation and procedure
  • ability to read read, understand and develop tender documents as required by the client.
