The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, foster customer engagement, and generate leads. This role involves planning and executing digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, websites, and search engines, to promote the group's products and services effectively.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and trends, with the ability to create data-driven strategies that improve online visibility, strengthen brand presence, and achieve measurable business results.

Core Digital Marketing Skills

  • Strong grasp of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices

  • Proficiency in social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing

  • Solid knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar advertising platforms

  • Ability to plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across multiple channels

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and campaign performance tracking

  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)

  • Basic understanding of web design, UX/UI, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)

  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions

Creative & Communication Skills

  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for digital platforms

  • Strong sense of visual communication and effective collaboration with creative teams

  • Ability to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand objectives

  • Clear, persuasive, and engaging communication across teams and audiences

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₦250,000.00 per month
