Role Overview
We're looking for a versatile Software Engineer to join our growing development team. This is not a narrowly defined role — we need someone who thrives on variety, loves to problem-solve, and is comfortable picking up new technologies when needed. While your primary expertise will be on the .NET stack, you'll also have opportunities to work with a range of frameworks and languages.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, maintain, and optimise applications primarily in .NET (C#).
  • Design and consume APIs and web services.
  • Build responsive front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, , Angular, etc.).
  • Work with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) including schema design, normalisation, and query optimisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, debug production problems, and implement effective solutions.
  • Stay curious — continuously explore new technologies and approaches to improve outcomes.
  • Translate business challenges into technical solutions that deliver real value.

About You

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a .NET/C# environment.
  • Strong understanding of web application architecture and APIs.
  • Solid experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular or similar).
  • Skilled in SQL and relational database design/optimisation.
  • A natural problem solver with strong analytical skills.
  • Enthusiastic learner — you enjoy experimenting with new tools, frameworks, and languages.
  • Bonus points for experience with PHP/Laravel, Python, or other languages.
  • Able to empathise with non-technical stakeholders and translate technical ideas into business value.
