Rimdinado International Limited - Our client, a leading logistics firm in Enugu, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources (HR) Analyst

Job Location: Enugu

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: HR Manager

Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

HR Data Management & Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and training participation.
  • Prepare periodic HR dashboards and reports for management decision-making.

Workforce Analytics:

  • Track staffing levels across branches, depots, and logistics operations to support workforce planning.
  • Identify trends in recruitment, retention, and productivity using data insights.

Performance Management Support:

  • Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for staff across departments.
  • Support HR Manager in implementing performance appraisal processes and performance-related analytics.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support:

  • Support recruitment processes by maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Assist in the orientation and documentation of new hires.

Compensation & Benefits Analysis:

  • Assist in payroll verification and ensure accuracy of employee data before salary processing.
  • Provide input for salary reviews and incentive planning.

HR Compliance & Record Keeping:

  • Ensure employee records are properly documented and stored (digital and physical).
  • Participate in HR audits and ensure data accuracy for compliance purposes.

Learning & Development Support:

  • Maintain training databases and analyze participation, costs, and outcomes.
  • Generate reports on skill gaps and recommend learning interventions.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle conflict professionally.
  • Leadership and team management capability.

Salary

N200,000 - N450,000 Monthly.
