Key Responsibilities:

1. 3D Design & Animation:

○ Create highly detailed 3D models, animations, and interactive designs for digital campaigns, product showcases, and promotional materials.

○ Design realistic renders for marketing, branding, and client presentations.

○ Collaborate with other team members to develop innovative 3D visualisations aligned with project goals.

1. Branding & Graphic Design:

○ Develop cohesive brand identities, including logos, packaging, and visual guidelines that align with the Unique Crypto Group's mission.

○ Create compelling graphic designs for social media, web assets, and marketing collateral.

○ Translate complex financial data into intuitive and visually stunning infographics.

1. Video Editing & TV Motion Graphics:

○ Produce engaging motion graphics and video content for TV, film, and digital platforms using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

○ Edit and enhance video footage to ensure professional-grade output, incorporating branding and creative direction.

○ Develop impactful promotional videos that communicate the group's key offerings and values.

1. Digital Brochure Creation:

○ Design sleek, professional digital brochures and presentations that effectively showcase the group's initiatives, products, and services.

○ Use tools like Adobe InDesign or Foleon to create interactive and visually stunning brochures for client and partner engagement.

1. Creative Collaboration & Innovation:

○ Work closely with internal teams, including product designers, marketers, and executives, to deliver projects that meet brand and strategic objectives.

○ Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and software to keep the brand fresh and ahead of the curve.

Required Skills & Experience:

Core Competencies:

● 3D Design & Animation:

○ Proficiency in software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, or similar tools.

○ Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D modelling, animation, and rendering.

● Branding & Graphic Design:

○ Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) to create cohesive brand visuals.

○ Experience in brand identity creation, typography, and colour theory.

● Motion Graphics & Video Editing:

○ Mastery in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.

○ Proven experience creating TV motion graphics, dynamic video content, and post-production edits.

● Digital Brochures:

○ Expertise in platforms like Adobe InDesign, Foleon, or Canva to produce interactive and professional brochures.

Experience:

● Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in 3D design, video production, branding, or related fields.

● Proven experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

● A strong portfolio showcasing skills across all relevant disciplines.

Additional Skills:

● Familiarity with FinTech, cryptocurrency, or digital asset industries is an added advantage.

● Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts to non-designers.

● Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
