GCC Overseas exports furniture hardware, laminates/plywood, PVC products, stationery, plasticware, disposables, and jute bags to wholesalers across Africa, Middle East, and Asia.

Role Summary

Manage regional sales for GCC's diverse trading portfolio. Build and convert B2B buyer networks in furniture hardware, laminates, plasticsware, stationery, HORECA and consumer goods categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard wholesalers, importers, distributors, and retailers within your region; promote GCC's multi-category products to potential B2B buyers.
  • Generate leads through existing networks, outreach activities, and market knowledge.
  • Conduct buyer meetings, understand product requirements, and coordinate quotations; lead negotiation discussions with GCC's support.
  • Maintain clear communication with buyers throughout the ordering process.
  • Prepare weekly activity reports on buyer calls, opportunities, and conversions; drive structured follow-ups to build long-term buyer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales/business development experience in FMCG, hardware, household items, disposables, retail supply, or distribution.
  • Strong regional network and understanding of local B2B market.
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills; English fluency preferred.
  • High accountability, self-motivation, ability to work independently, strong negotiation capability, and buyer management skills
