We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accounts Bookkeeper

Job Location: Satellite Town, Lagos Mainland (candidate must reside in Lagos Mainland)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Maintained daily financial records and bookkeeping tasks for a company.
  • Processed monthly invoices and ensured timely payments and collections.
  • Reconciled bank statements; resolved discrepancies promptly.
  • Assisted in month-end and year-end financial reporting
  • Tally, Excel for financial data entry and reporting
  • Supported external auditors during annual audits
  • Managed data entry and maintained accurate ledgers
  • Reconciled petty cash and vendor accounts
  • Filed financial documents and ensured compliance with internal policies

Requirements / Skills

  • Qualification: HND / BSc
  • Years of experience: 2 - 3 Years (knowledge of Tally software is a must)
  • Tally

Salary

N200,000 monthly.
