  6. Implement and uphold authentic Montessori methodologies, emphasizing self-directed, experiential, and hands-on learning.

  7. Design academic frameworks that combine Montessori principles with life skills, ethics, and holistic development.
  8. Ensure academic rigor while maintaining an emotionally supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

  9. Teacher Recruitment & Capacity Building

  10. Recruit dedicated Montessori-trained teachers passionate about working with underprivileged children.

  11. Conduct regular teacher training sessions to strengthen teaching quality and compassion-driven pedagogy.
  12. Build a motivated academic team committed to the Foundation's mission and child-centered education.

4. Student Welfare & Community Engagement

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children from economically weaker backgrounds.
  • Work with community leaders and parents to encourage school attendance and family participation.
  • Promote activities that enhance confidence, communication, and life readiness among students.

  • Administration & Governance

  • Develop and maintain school policies, procedures, and operational systems ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial utilization, and reporting in line with Foundation guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all local education authority requirements, health, and safety standards.

  • Outreach, Fundraising & Partnerships

  • Support the Foundation in building partnerships with donors, NGOs, and government bodies to strengthen the school's resources and outreach.

  • Participate in advocacy and awareness programs that promote the cause of quality education for all.
  • Represent the school and the Foundation at educational and social development forums.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education; specialization in Montessori or Early Childhood Education is highly preferred.
  • Montessori Certification from a recognized institution (AMI/AMS or equivalent).
  • 10–15 years of teaching and administrative experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role (Principal / Headmistress / Academic Coordinator).
  • Demonstrated experience in community-based education or working with underprivileged children will be a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of Montessori philosophy, inclusive education, and child psychology.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Compassionate leader with a strong sense of social responsibility and commitment to equity in education.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Net savings around $2500 - $3000 pm
