Junior Full-Stack Developer Vacancy: Python/Django & React

Key Technical Skills We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a solid foundational understanding of the following technologies:

  • Backend:
  • Strong proficiency in Python (clean, readable code is a must).
  • Experience with the Django framework (or Django REST Framework).
  • Building and consuming API Integrations (RESTful services).
  • Working knowledge of Databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite).
  • Working knowledge of Node JS
  • Frontend:
  • Proficiency with React (hooks, state management).
  • Solid Front-End fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6+).
  • Working knowledge of React JS, React Native
  • General:
  • Familiarity with Git for version control.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing, testing, and deploying new features for our flagship web applications.
  • You will be responsible for creating Web and Mobile Apps from conception to deployment, fashioning everything from the UI to the UX, optimization, and functionality
  • Writing clean, well-documented, and efficient code on both the client-side (React) and server-side (Python/Django).
  • Integrating third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionality.
  • Working closely with the team to troubleshoot bugs and improve application performance.
  • Collaborating on database design and optimization.

Who You Are

  • The Full Stack Software Developer should be able to work independently with or without other Developers or a Graphic Designer while ensuring that their web and mobile apps meet the client's requirements.
  • You have 1-3 years of professional experience, or equivalent project experience through coding bootcamps, personal projects, or internships.
  • You are a fast learner with an insatiable curiosity for new technologies.
  • You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
  • You can communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
  • You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
