Strivo Labs is looking for an experienced and commercially savvy Head of Asset Financing to lead the strategy, growth, and operational excellence of our asset financing portfolio. You will oversee product design, credit structuring, risk management, portfolio performance, and cross-functional execution — ensuring sustainable growth and strong asset quality across all asset financing initiatives for clients and internal ventures.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute the overall asset financing strategy, product roadmap, and market expansion plan.

Oversee credit structuring, loan design, asset qualification criteria, repayment models, and risk mitigation frameworks.

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of asset financing products — acquisition, underwriting, disbursement, monitoring, recovery, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with risk, credit, finance, data, operations, and technology teams to build scalable and efficient financing processes.

Establish asset financing policies, documentation standards, compliance frameworks, and governance structures.

Analyze portfolio performance, asset quality, delinquency trends, and operational data to drive decisions and maintain portfolio health.

Lead partnerships with OEMs, distributors, financial institutions, and service providers across asset classes.

Implement robust monitoring systems, customer performance tracking, early-warning indicators, and portfolio reporting dashboards.

Drive continuous improvement of underwriting models, risk scoring systems, and collection strategies.

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of asset financing projects and initiatives.

Manage and mentor the asset financing team, fostering a culture of accountability, discipline, and strong performance.

Stay updated on regulatory guidelines, market dynamics, and industry trends in asset financing, digital lending, and risk management.

What We're Looking For

7–10 years' experience in asset financing, credit management, lending operations, or related financial services roles.

Proven experience managing asset financing portfolios (vehicles, equipment, consumer assets, SME assets, or related categories).

Strong understanding of credit underwriting, risk assessment, debt recovery, and portfolio management.

Experience designing asset-based lending products and working with risk scoring models or financial analysis tools.

Solid leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex financing workflows.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency with Excel, BI tools, and performance dashboards.

Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Deep knowledge of lending regulations, compliance practices, and asset financing frameworks.
