Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager with proven expertise in import & export operations and end-to-end supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coordinating international shipments via both air and sea freight.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of import and export operations (air & sea freight).
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and coordinate shipments, ensuring timely customs clearance and delivery.
  • Manage vendor, supplier, and freight forwarder relationships to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, shipping documentation, and local requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Develop supply chain strategies that align with company goals and optimize performance.
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in logistics, import/export, and supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in coordinating international shipments (air & sea).
  • Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, customs processes, and documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Professional certification in Supply Chain or Logistics (an added advantage).
