Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Manager located in Lagos. The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple branches within an assigned zone, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. Daily tasks will include managing branch operations, driving business growth, implementing strategic plans, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and leading and mentoring branch managers and staff. The Zonal Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving the zone's financial targets.

  • Strong experience in branch operations and compliance management
  • Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving financial targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
