About the Role

We're looking for an
Operations Manager
to lead and optimize our daily business operations, ensuring that our internal processes run smoothly as we scale. You'll collaborate closely with the founders and cross-functional teams (product, marketing, research, and partnerships) to translate our mission into efficient execution.

You'll play a key role in

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure all departments meet strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Nurri's growth goals.
  • Coordinate with product, research, and marketing teams to optimize cross-functional workflows.
  • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and operational standards.
  • Continuously identify process bottlenecks and implement automation or system improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in operations, preferably in a tech, health, or AI-driven startup.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Notion, Slack, and project management software.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and technology-driven innovation.
