About the Role

HFN Investments is hiring a Procurement Officer to support the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of materials, equipment, and subcontractor packages for our new hotel development. This is a critical role for ensuring cost control, quality, and timely project execution.

Minimum Experience Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

We are specifically looking for candidates who meet the following:

  • 2–4 years procurement experience (construction preferred).
  • Strong understanding of construction materials and project documentation.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • High integrity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue RFQs, compare quotations, and support vendor evaluations.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders and maintain procurement logs and documentation.
  • Track supplier deliveries and follow up to meet project timelines.
  • Coordinate closely with QS, QA/QC, MEP, Finishing, Logistics, and the PM.
  • Ensure materials meet specifications and approved samples.
  • Support import documentation, delivery scheduling, and payment processing.
