Role Description
Assist the Production Manager

  • Work closely with the current Production Manager to support daily operations and overall production planning.

Oversee Garment Production

  • Monitor the production process to ensure that all garments are made tightly and to precise specifications.
  • Supervise fittings to guarantee that each piece of clothing fits perfectly.

Quality Control Management

  • Ensure that all adjustments and finishing details are executed correctly.
  • Implement quality control measures at every stage of production to maintain high standards.

Coordinate Fittings and Adjustments

  • Organize and coordinate garment fittings, ensuring that all necessary adjustments are made promptly.
  • Collaborate with the design and tailoring teams to address any fitting issues.

Interdepartmental Collaboration

  • Work with the front desk and other administrative teams to verify that all production-related information is accurate before it goes to production.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Procurement Coordination

  • Ensure fabrics and raw materials are ordered and delivered on time.
  • Liaise with suppliers to secure quality materials at competitive prices.

Production Scheduling and Troubleshooting

  • Help plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks or issues in the production process and propose effective solutions.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain detailed records of production, fittings, quality control, and procurement activities.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Production Manager to monitor progress and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or Stylist in a luxury fashion environment.
  • Strong knowledge of men's fashion, fabrics, and tailoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about styling and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
