Summary:

Do you enjoy working with people and solving HR challenges? We're hiring a Human Resource Analyst to manage recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, boost staff engagement, and provide data-driven HR support.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team, helping them complete tasks effectively.

  • Handle recruitment from start to finish: post job openings, review CVs, shortlist candidates, and participate in interviews.

  • Manage onboarding so new employees are properly welcomed, documented, and set up for success.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems for both internal staff and clients.

  • Help in organizing team-building activities, staff engagement sessions, and training programs to help employees grow.

  • Collect and analyze HR data to monitor performance, retention, and engagement.

  • Prepare clear reports and dashboards that make it easy to understand HR trends and decisions.

  • Advise on HR best practices, policies, and process improvements.

  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks to keep operations smooth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver HR projects successfully.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years post Nysc experience in HR operations, HR analytics, or HR consulting.

  • Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration.

  • Proven experience leading a small team and managing multiple HR projects.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret HR data.

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, staff training, and Nigerian labor laws.

  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly organized, proactive, professional, and able to work independently.

  • Energetic and capable of leading staff engagement and team-building activities.
