Industry: Hospitality / Inflight Catering

Reports to: Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie

Job Summary:

The Commis Chef assists in basic food preparation and kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking under supervision.

Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized.

Follow recipes and production procedures accurately.

Ensure proper food storage and handling.

Support the kitchen team in plating and dispatch.

Requirements:

Minimum of SSCE / OND (culinary certificate is an advantage).

1–2 years of relevant kitchen experience.

Keen attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Must be disciplined and able to work flexible hours.
