Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Relations Officer at HandmadeNg in Lagos State. The individual will be responsible for tasks such as providing vendor support, ensuring customer satisfaction via successful order fulfilment, and ensure smooth operations of the marketplace - online and offline.

  • Ability to initiate and implement customer-centric drives
